St. John the Divine is strategically located near the heart of downtown Courtenay. It is in a central location, on a bus route and easy to find for everyone. St John the Divine now offers two rental spaces (the parish hall and the church). The hall would be great for events such as:

- Group/Business meetings
- Instructional Workshops
- Craft fairs, Trade shows
- Family reunions

- Plays
The church would be ideal for musical events and we also have a grand piano.
