This is the final summer service for St. Andrew's this year.
Eucharist service led by Rev. Alastair Hunting using the Book of Alternative Service (BAS). 
Begins at 8am at historical St. Andrew's Church, located at the corner of North Island Hwy and Dingwall Road.

Eucharist service at the beach. Bring your own bag lunch, beverage, chair and sunscreen. 

Fellowship lunch for September will be homemade soup and buns and will be served on Sunday September 14 after the 10am service.

Fellowship lunches are offered on the second Sunday of each month after the 10am service.
Different themed meal each month.

We have two exciting fundraisers for our Kitchen Renovation.

How it works:  Tickets are $50 per person. We have volunteers that will be hosting dinners on the dates listed below. Pick a date that works for you, advise of any food or pet allergies.

HOME-MADE PIES FOR SALE

Martha Massey is selling her delicious home-made pies. Order sheet in the hall by the kitchen. 4 flavours to choose from or order 1 of each. $18/pie. 

Pledge Cards fordonations to the kitchen renovation can be placed in the offering plate.

“Donations of gently used mens and ladies clothing are needed for our Blessings Boutique. Donations can be dropped off at St John the Divine between 9am and noon Monday through Friday.”

-LUNCHBOX ITEMS: DRINK BOXES, GRANOLA BARS, PUDDING, FRUIT CUPS
-PASTA, KRAFT DINNER, MR. NOODLES
-SNACK ITEMS: POPCORN COOKIES, CRACKERS, CHIPS
-FLOUR, CANNED MILK

PLEASE ONLY NON-PERISABLE FOOD ITEMS.

The church now has the ability to accept Interac e-transfers!  E-transfers can be sent to the email address:  givings@sjtdcourtenay.ca

For donations, please include your envelope number if you have one.  

If you do not have an envelope number, please include your name and full mailing address, if you would like to receive a receipt at the end of the year for your donation.

If your donation is to be designated, please include this information also.  If there is no designation, the donation will go into general income.
