Herewith a video devotion for Sunday June 21, 2020

Today is the National Indigenous Day of Prayer. Let us take the time to celebrate our Indigenous, Inuit and Metis neighbours, and give thanks for the ways in which our lives are enriched by their traditions and cultures.

Here are a few online places to visit:

- there is a joint letter from our National Anglican Indigenous Archbishop, Mark MacDonald; Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada, Linda Nicholls; and National Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, Susan Johnson - see https://www.anglican.ca/news/national-indigenous-peoples-day-june-21-2020/30026949/

- National Indigenous Archbishop, Mark MacDonald, invites all to join in an online worship service on Sunday, June 21, at 11 a.m. Pacific Time. He writes "Come and see Indigenous Anglicans and friends from across Canada for prayer, singing and story. We hope you will join us for this first time ever event" see https://www.anglican.ca/im/nidp/

- and finally here is the website for the U'mista Cultural Centre which I refer to in the video

With every blessing,
Alan
