Delegates and observers from the Territory of the People gathered together at St. Paul’s Anglican Cathedral, Kamloops, for the Electoral Assembly to elect the second bishop of the Territory of the People on September 16, 2023.
On the first ballot, Clara Plamondon was elected with the unanimous concurrence of the Provincial House of Bishops.
The date for Bishop-Elect Clara Plamondon’s Consecration service will be scheduled and announced over the coming weeks.
