National Indigenous Day of Prayer 

Hi everyone, I will be on summer vacation for 3 weeks starting on Saturday June 20. Back in the office on Tuesday July 14.

I've tried to include all events occuring during my absence in this newsletter. 

You are warmly invited to help June celebrate this special occasion with afternoon tea and cake.

Morning Prayer service 8am led by Rev. Marion. 

You are invited to attend and participate in a series of group discussions about Celtic Christianity and how it affects our beliefs and our lives today.  The book, “Christ of the Celts”, ............

Naughty Knots: meet on the 2nd & 4th & 5th Tuesday of each month at 1pm in the hall. Join us for crafts & fellowship. Bring your favorite project to work on. Contact Andrea Davis for more info.

The last Wednesday of each month will be a Healing Service with Rev. Alastair Hunting.

“Donations of gently used mens and ladies clothing are needed for our Blessings Boutique. Donations can be dropped off at St John the Divine between 9am and noon Monday through Friday.”

-PASTA, KRAFT DINNER, MR. NOODLES
-SNACK ITEMS: POPCORN COOKIES, CRACKERS, CHIPS
-FLOUR, CANNED MILK

PLEASE ONLY NON-PERISABLE FOOD ITEMS.

The church now has the ability to accept Interac e-transfers!  E-transfers can be sent to the email address:  givings@sjtdcourtenay.ca

For donations, please include your envelope number if you have one.  

If you do not have an envelope number, please include your name and full mailing address, if you would like to receive a receipt at the end of the year for your donation.

If your donation is to be designated, please include this information also.  If there is no designation, the donation will go into general income.
