Opening Hymn:   #206 – Christ the Lord is Risen Today
Christ the Lord is risen today, Alleluia!
Earth and heaven in chorus say, Alleluia!
Raise your joys and triumphs high, Alleluia!
Sing, ye heavens, and earth reply, Alleluia!
Love's redeeming work is done, Alleluia!
Fought the fight, the battle won, Alleluia!
Death in vain forbids him rise, Alleluia!
Christ has opened paradise, Alleluia!
Lives again our glorious King, Alleluia!
Where, O death, is now thy sting? Alleluia!
Once he died our souls to save, Alleluia!
Where's thy victory, boasting grave? Alleluia!
Soar we now where Christ has led, Alleluia!
Following our exalted Head, Alleluia!
Made like him, like him we rise, Alleluia!
Ours the cross, the grave, the skies, Alleluia!
Hail the Lord of earth and heaven, Alleluia!
Praise to thee by both be given, Alleluia!
Thee we greet triumphant now, Alleluia!
Hail the Resurrection, thou, Alleluia!

Officiant Opening Prayer:
Alleluia! The Lord has risen indeed: O come, let us worship.
From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same, the LORD'S name is to be praised. Ps 113:3
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.
And also with you
Almighty God, to you all hearts are open, all desires known, and from you no secrets are hidden. Cleanse the thoughts of our hearts by the inspiration of your Holy Spirit, that we may perfectly love you, and worthily magnify your holy name; through Christ our Lord. Amen
The Jubilate  Be joyful in the Lord, all you lands; serve the Lord with gladness and come before his presence with a song.  Know this: The Lord himself is God; he himself has made us, and we are his; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.  Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise; give thanks to him and call upon his Name.  For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his faithfulness endures from age to age. *** Glory be to the Father, and to the Son : and to the Holy Spirit; as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be : world without end.*** Amen.
Confession
Let us confess our sins against God and our neighbor (silence is held)
Most merciful God, we confess that we have sinned against you in thought, word, and deed, by what we have done, and by what we have left undone. We have not loved you with our whole heart; we have not loved our neighbors as ourselves. We are truly sorry and we humbly repent. For the sake of your Son Jesus Christ, have mercy on us and forgive us; that we may delight in your will, and walk in your ways, to the glory of your Name. Amen. Almighty God have mercy upon you, pardon and deliver you from all your sins, confirm and strengthen you in all goodness, and keep you in eternal life; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Gospel Hymn: My Love Colours Outside the Lines
My love colours outside the lines,
Exploring paths that few could ever find
And takes me into places where I’ve never been before
And opens doors to worlds outside the lines.
Refrain: We’ll never walk on water if we’re not prepared to
drown, body and soul need a soaking from time to time.
And we’ll never move the gravestones if we’re not prepared to
die and realize there are worlds outside the lines.
My Lord colours outside the lines,
turns wounds to blessings, water into wine;
and takes me into places where I’ve never been before
and opens doors to worlds outside the lines.
Refrain
My soul longs to colour outside the lines,
tear back the curtains, sun come in and shine,
I want to walk beyond the boundaries,
where I’ve never been before,
throw open doors to worlds outside the lines.
Refrain
The Gospel:   JOHN 20:1-18
Reflection: “Colouring Outside the Lines”

The Creed: I believe in God, The Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit And born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, Was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, And is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again To judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, The holy catholic Church, The communion of saints, The forgiveness of sins, The resurrection of the body, And the life everlasting.  Amen.
The Offertory: God our strength and salvation, receive all we offer you this day, and grant that we who have confessed your name, and received new life in baptism, may live in the joy of the resurrection, through Jesus Christ the Lord.
Prayers of People (Fr. Michael Booth)
The Lord’s Prayer (spoken in our mother tongue)
A Collect: Lord of life and power, through the mighty resurrection of your Son, you have overcome the old order of sin and death and have made all things new in him. May we, being dead to sin and alive to you in Jesus Christ, reign with him in glory, who with you and the Holy Spirit is alive, one God, now and for ever. Amen
Closing Hymn: #237 Now the Green Blade Rises
Now the green blade rises, from the buried grain,
Wheat that in dark earth many days has lain;
Love lives again, that with the dead has been:
Love is come again like wheat arising green.
In the grave they laid Him, Lord by hatred slain,
Thinking that He would never wake again,
Laid in the earth like grain that sleeps unseen:
Love is come again like wheat arising green.
Forth He came at Easter, like the risen grain,
He that for three days in the grave had lain;
raised from the dead, my living Lord is seen:
Love is come again like wheat arising green.
When our hearts are wintry, grieving, or in pain,
your touch can call us back to life again,
Fields of our hearts that dead and bare have been:
Love is come again like wheat arising green.
